[Histonet] Mitochondria Staining

I am interested in finding out if any of you have a good technique for
staining mitochondria (preferably the membrane) in formalin-fixed
paraffin embedded tissue.  We would like a stain that shows great
contrast so we can take pictures and then threshold the color of the
mitochondria to get a measurement of the amount of mitochondria in the
tissue sample.  Thank you for all your help.
