I used CD34 from Beckton Dickinson monoclonal with HIER at pH6 (citrate) 1:100 dilution with placenta as + control.
It always worked superb!

Has anyone worked with an antibody to endothelial cells that has worked well for them? If appropriate, was it successful in lung tissue and/or what were the conditions (FFPE, frozen, ect)? I am looking at several different possibilities and wanted to know what other people were using. Thanks!
