Have just heard that in above, one can't be "awarded" instrument - that
its against  Medicare rules. I have had acquisitions like it in the
past, what has changed ? I was told that "fair market value" has to be
paid at the end of contract.  Any thoughts? Have you experienced such a
problem? How do vendors / institutions get around this problem?
