[Histonet] Fixation using Modified Bouins and NBF

Dear Histonetters,
 
I would like to know if fixation of avian bursa tissue with Modified
Bouins fixative over 10% Neutral Buffered Formalin has any advantagous
effect on immuno precipitation?
