[Histonet] re GFAP localisation in pwax sections

I also use Dako's Z334 anti GFAP. For me, a 1:2000 dilution followed by a 
std Dako strepABCpx-DAB after TRIS pH10 HIER is optimum. Very good on pwax 
sections of mouse, rat and chick and .....human! However, as was rightly 
advised, conditions need to be optimised locally.
