hi, does anyone know the advantage of using 0.01M sodium citrate over 0.01M citric acid buffer, pH 6, for antigen retrieval on paraffin embedded sections? also, is the sodium constituent important? would it matter if i used trisodium citrate instead of monosodium? thanks. et
