Abcam has an IL-6 antibody that works in mouse tissue, it's a rabbit
anti-human that works in rat and mouse with proteinase K digestion on
FFPE tissue. It even works on formic acid decalcifed tissue.

Subject: [Histonet] Hi again,

Hi again,

I think I forgot to mention that the mouse tissue for TNF, IL6 and IL1
is FFPE. we may have to resort to frozen tissue, so protocols for that
would be helpful, too. Thanks!
