Dear All,

Could someone be so kind to share or advise me on a protocol for both
immunoperoxidase using DAB (single labeling) and immunofluorescence
(using double labels) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human
brain and optic nerve tissues? I need to identify myelin basic protein
(MBP), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), neurofilaments (NF), and
ED-1 for macrophages. I will do the immunofluorescence on a confocal
microscope.

Thank you.

Fred
