[Histonet] bone tissue section

Hi, histonetter
I am doing immunoflourescence in bone tissue. but I have some difficulties in doing it. during the experiment, I find that bone tissue often 
drops from slides, I use the superfrost slide, which is better. so I do not know why this condition appears. Can someone give me some advice?Thank you!
