Jane

Rather than perform a melanin bleach why don't you switch to a alkaline
phosphatase detection system and use fast red as your chromagen.

Subject: [Histonet] melanin renoval

Does anyone have a procedure to bleach unstained slides (from FFPE
tissue) in order to remove melanin
in order to stain with DAB for PECAM?
