[Histonet] Please, no replys in Digest form.

P-l-e-a-s-e, when you send/reply to Histonet don't send the complete digest.
Please copy/cut/paste, what you need.
Some days it is impossible to read, even to scroll thru my digest, because
of persons who send a complete digest with their reply/question/answer, etc.
I just gave up trying to read the digest that came thru a short while ago.
Several people had replied back, EACH sending an older digest , making the
current digest impossible to read.
