[Histonet] CAP question - liquid nitrogen

I am asking this question for another lab:  Does anyone out there have a procedure on the handling of liquid nitrogen that they would be willing to share?  This is in reference to a new question on the CAP checklist.  It's on the Lab General checklist, GEN.70525 - "Are adequate policies, procedures, and practices in place for the use of liquid nitrogen?"

I would appreciate any help.  Thanks!
