[Histonet] JCAHO vs CAP

I am working with a lab that dropped their CAP accreditation. They're up
for JCAHO inspection soon and I'm trying to help them get ready.
  I understand that JCAHO will defer to CAP. I've been getting them
ready by following CAPs checklist, but is there something I might miss
for a JCAHO inspection? 
  Anyone have experience with the differences?
