[Histonet] formaldehyd concentration and IHC

Gudrun,

A minimum fixation time of 24 hours, in the commonly used concentration of
4% w/v formaldehyde in phosphate buffer pH 7.2-7.4, has worked well in my
hands for over 40 years of IHC, using hundreds of different antibodies.
