[Histonet] Grossing Tech

I don't know about other hospitals, but for the last 12 years all our techs
have been grossing without seeing any increase in our paycheques. Grossing
has now been classified as 'other duties as assigned'. 

Great to hear that other sites get compensated for grossing, maybe in the
next ten years we will be too?

a standard histotech, to a grossing tech? (with a B.S.) And, how long
on average should it take to see it in your job description and your
