[Histonet] glycerol cryoprotection

This cryoprotectant mixture was introduced by 
Rosene, Roy & Davis (1986) J. Histochem. Cytochem.
24:1301-1315. They compared various cryoprotectants,
including sucrose, in conjunction with various
freezing techniques. Their conclusion was that the
best results were given by 20% glycerol with 2% DMSO
followed by freezing in isopentane at -75C (dry ice
temperature).
