[Histonet] Problem in ISH on section

Dear Histoneters,
My friend recently meets a problem in ISH on section, 
he still had good result two months ago. Here is the
problem:
Just during past a month, he couldn't get BM purple
staining on the ISH, the protocol is on the web: 
http://saturn.med.nyu.edu/research/dg/joynerlab/protocols.html
He said nornally BM purple overnight get the result,
now it got a week.  He already change solution, retry,
it still not works.
Any people met this slowly staining problem, and
overcome it.  Pls tell me the resolution.
