[Histonet] Grinding & polishing of resin sections.

Dear Histonetters
Please help me in overcoming this problem. We cut PMMA embedded tissue sections using Isomet. These sections have to be ground and polished using 'Ecomet grinder polisher'. After grinding & polishing using grinding papers and diamond paste of different sizes we find the sections contain lots of debris.What can I do to clean these resin sections before it is stained?
