[Histonet] Fast Myosin

Thanks to all of you who responded to my question about IHC staining for "fast myosin".  The antibody from Sigma is fabulous!  We get incredible reactivity using a 1:10,000 dilution for 30 minutes with "no" pretreatment.  Thanks again!
