I hope this doesn't sound to lame. 13 years in this field and I've never used "cold acetone". The only ref. I have is to use -20 cold acetone. So how do I get my acetone to -20. Do I place a coplin jar of covered actenone in the cyostat for a period of time?????. \\Steve
