[Histonet] unsuccessful PNA staining

There may also be a difference in the type and/or amounts of lectins
expressed by species other than humans (I assume the book was about human
lectin staining). I found this to be true when trying to stain non-primate
mammalian endothelium with Ulex europaeus.

The inquirer should first be sure that the glycoprotein he's trying to label
on the bovine spleen/lymph node cells with PNA lectin is known to be present
there.
