[Histonet] Who does the immunos?

Karen,
my primary immuno tech has 20 years or Histo experience and her HT. Her back 
up has a BS, 20 years of experience. The reason why it is like this is that 
I hired one tech who I taught immunos to, the tech with a degree has no 
immuno experience at all ad wants to learn.
