I use Gill III Hematoxylin on my eye sections. Stain 10 minutes in Gill III Rinse in tap water Differintiate in acid alcohol 3 dips Rinse in tap water Blue in dilute ammonia water for 1 minute Rinse in tap water for 1 min Proceed with counterstain
