[Histonet] Calcein fluorescent staining of bone

I have been asked to monitor bone growth in rats by administering Calcein by
subcu. injection and would like to know if anyone has experience with this
procedure, and if anyone could recommend the correct Calcein to purchase?
Any assistance is appreciated.
