Hello Aloha,

Our vascular graft material(DACRON) after fixing in 10% NBF, we
dehydrate in ascending grades of alcohol(70,80,95,100%),cleared in 3
changes of chloroform before embedding in paraffin wax (60*C MPT).

While cutting, the graft area is powdering in the sections
obtained. When it comes to the anastomising graft-host vessel part, while
the vessel portion comes well, the graft as usual gets powdered .

This is our processing detail and the sectioning difficulty we
face.Still if the details are insufficient please ask.

regards
raghul
