Hey Joe,  I know it has been a while since we retired..... but I remember
wearing a flak jacket.  Does the flapjacket protect you from flapjacks?
Sorry Joe, I just couldn't resist.  Have fun in Canada.  I was there 3 years
ago for the AAPA Conference and I had a blast.
