     For Glut-1 try Dako A3536 at 1:100 using Envision (or some such secondary). It will require epitope retrieval. As for the other, we've not used it.

I have been asked to look into two antibodies:  Glut-1 and D2/40.
 
Is anyone using them and if so could you recommend a vendor, etc.  We
have the capability of using the Ventana Nexes and the Dako autostainer.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
