Hi Netters,
I'm processing rabbit spine specimens for normal histology and also the
tunel procedure for paraffin sections, and I'm using 10% formol calcium
as fixative. The procedures for the tunel procedure which I referred to
recommend using 4% paraformaldehye as fixative. Does using formol
calcium as fixative make any difference to the end result for the tunel
procedure? I would appreciate your advice.
Thanks
