Histoneters, I do microwave tissue processing, when tissue comes out, after the paraffin and it is still mushy and has the feel of a sponge. Does it mean that I should keep in isopropyl alittle longer to make it alittle firmer and that it isn't dehydrated all the way? And paraffin is having I hard time infiltrating the tissue?
