[Histonet] ISH on cryosections of adult mouse heads

Hello everyone,

I'd like to performe ISH an mouse-head cryosections.
My problem is that I have to decalcify the head before I can cut it.
Has anyone a good suggestion how to fix and decalcify the adult mouse head without destroying the RNA ?
