[Histonet] about immunofluonence staining

Hi,all histoneter
I would like to know if I could do immunofluonence staining like the fellowing,
I used a system include a first antiboy, a biotinlate second antibody and a streptavidin conjugated FITC insteed of using a FITC conjugated antibody to antigen.
And you know, I\'m doing so just want to save my boss\'s money. But I have no confident on my system even though it works.
