[Histonet] cryoprotection before MMA embedding at -20°C

If the -20C is for the methyl methacrylate infiltration
you won't need cryoprotection because by that stage there
shouldn't be any water in the specimens. You have to go
down below -114C to freeze absolute alcohol or -94C to
freeze acetone.
