[Histonet] Chromavision

Has anyone had success using the ACIS chromavision platform to measure EGFR, 
activated EFGR or HER2? What criteria have you used. Do you think there is 
some bias in quantification methods for IHC? I would be grateful of some 
feedback,  and any other successful automated quatification methods or 
general opinions on Chromavison image analysis.
