[Histonet] Case differentiation

Is anyone out there doing anything extraordinary to identify their
cases?  One of  my pathologists went to a meeting last week - (Don't you
just hate that!)
And saw a poster about how one lab was using a round robin of six
different colors of blocks that were then cut and mounted on matching
colored slides - all in an effort to prevent a case mix-up.  I know that
come places will put their decal tissue in an alternate color cassette,
endoscopy in another etc.,  but I am looking for other ideas. Any
thoughts would be appreciated.
