Hi everyone

It seems like although I am subscribed to the digest, they only seem to
come intermittently, lately its been 7; 29, 31, 35, 38, which may
explain why I missed some of the postings on this sad issue.

Please send my condolonces to family, friends and colleagues in US, for
the sad death of Steve. As I mentioned previously, although I only knew
him briefly, he was a good guy and will be missed. I hope he's having a
beer or two, and listening to some good music up there.
