Hi Bruce,
You are not doing anything wrong!
Using the reagents as listed, collagen would be green not blue as the
results state.
This must be a typo, either the dye listed, Light green SF, should be
Aniline blue and the results would be correct, or the results should be
collagen green. your choice.
Drop an e-mail to Bryan Llewellyn the stains file owner and indicate this,
I'm sure he will clarify.
