I use a monoclonal Ab to Canine Parvovirus on formalin-fixed,
paraffin-embedded tissue (it also cross-reacts with Feline Parvovirus). The
supplier is Custom Monoclonals, Int. It requires enzyme digestion for
antigen retrieval (proteinase K for 5 minutes used here); primary antibody
1:100 for 45 min.; EnVision+/Ms-HRP detection reagent for 30 min.; AEC for
15 minutes.

I need some help to set up an immunohistochemical protocols for

I have tried everything now and I on my way to give up, so I hope someone

I have a monoclonal antibody (host mouse) from Acris Antibodies.
I have try different pretreatment antigen-retrieval methods.
And different label systems, Envision + and StreptABComplex/HRP Duet kit
