Histonetters,
I stained three bone sections and I noticed that on one slide (my best
section) it appears to have yeast cells on TOP of a small portion of the
section but not in the section . I have already removed the coverslip,
soaked it in xylenes and recoverslipped, but it is still there. Now I am
going to take it back to the alcohols but first I will wash my containers
and refill with fresh solutions and see if this will remove the little bugs.
Has this ever happened to anyone and if so can you tell me how to remove
these yeast cells? I would greatly apprectiate any advice.
Thanks,
Peggy DiCarlo HT (ASCP)
