[Histonet] Antigen retrieval - Microwave problem

jamie, I use to do my retrieval in the microwave and if there was gelatin in 
the baths I had trouble with the tissue coming off.  use + slides with no 
gelatin and you should have no problem.  good luck!   anita dudley,
