Dear Robert,
Our recipe looks like this:
10 mM Tris / 1 mM EDTA buffer, pH 9.0
Dissolve 1.2 gram Tris in ± 950 ml distilled water.
Adjust pH to ± 9.5 with 2-4 drops of 1M HCl and add 0.37 gram EDTA (di-sodium salt).
Adjust pH to 9.0 with 1M HCl, and fill to 1 ltr with distilled water.
Store at 4°C.
Hope this works for you.

Anyone got a recipe for the solution above? How do you dissolve the
EDTA in the solution?
