[Histonet] mouse epithelium

Hi,

 

I have a colleague that has fed mice DAPI fluorescent particles and is
interested in what cells take it up in the intestine.  Does anyone have a
good method for identifying the epithelial cells.  She was mainly interested
in a surface marker expressed on most murine epithelial cells.  This isn’t
my area, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
