[Histonet] Fixatives for (RDI) Actin on rat tissue.

Hi There

Does anyone know whether Zinc fixation will adversely affect the 
staining of Actin in Rat tissue. The method for Actin (RDI anti 
Human, cross reacts with rat) requires formalin fixation, which we 
normally do, but as we have done CD 31 on them which required zinc 
fixing, they are already fixed.

The first run has not worked, so if anyone has any experience with 
this, I would be greatful.
