Hi Annette

rb-a-C4d, Biomedica (http://www.biomedica.co.at/; in the US try
http://www.bmgrp.com/) Cat.No. BI-RC4D. Working dilution around 1:25-1:50.
Requires HIER, pressure cooker with citrate buffer, pH 6.0, may be okay,
better results with microwave and 100 mM Tris - 5% urea, pH 9.5 (strange
stuff, but it works). Make sure to use a biotin-independent visualization
system or use an avidin-biotin block. Good luck!
Regards,
