Hi HIstonetters, Has anyone done imunohistochemisty with anti-GFP in paraffin tissues recently? I have the anti-GFP monoclonal from Clontech (JL-8) and was wondering if anyone has tried that one in FFPE tissues. If so, what was the dilution and antigen retrieval method?
