Hello Louise,
Thank you for your suggestions.
1) Seeing as we could not go to the farm to collect the tissue the tissue
was kept on ice (~5 hours) while it was shipped to us and immediately
embedded. Do you think this is a problem?
2)We have not done any biotin blocking for these samples. Thank you for
suggesting that. We will try this next.
