[Histonet] cleaved caspase-3

Hi everyone!

 

Is anyone using cleaved caspase-3 with a protocol other than overnight
at 4 degrees?  I'm having problems with my staining and I don't have
weeks to get it sorted out, so I am looking for a room temp or heated
protocol to try.
