Linda,

Biocare Medical has an antibody to Cat Scratch (conc CM144, predilute
PM144AA).

We had previously used a modified Steiner, but the bugs are so small
(0.2-0.5 micron) that some of the pathologists have had trouble seeing them
clearly with the steiner.
