[Histonet] Alizarin red/Alcian blue double skeletal stain

Does anyone have a protocol for Alizarin Red/Alcian Blue on chick embryo? I have several protocols for mouse. I have tried to adjust times in solution, but I have some problems with the cartilage staining in some of the chick embryos.
