Hi, Histonetter:
Does anybody have experience of immunohistochemical staining of VEGF and CD31 in parraffin embedded and decalcified mouse bone tissue? We have tried using VEGF (santa Cruz) and CD31(Phamgen) antibody in mouse bone (formalin fixed and EDTA decalcified) with very weak staining. The antigen retrieval method we have tried is using proteinase K incubation for 10 min.
I would appreciate any suggestions and advice.
Thanks.
