Howdy all, Does anyone have a good protocol for getting thin (4-5
micron) sections from PMMA embedded bone? We use a Riechert-Jung
Polycut with tungsten knives for sectioning. A problem in the past
has been getting the sections to stick to a slide with curling and
wrinkles being the cause. Fluorescence of the sections will be
looked at in future studies. Thanks for any assistance in this
matter! John
